Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on orders under $35. The shippping cost is a flat rate of $4.99. Sales tax may apply. Orders above $35 qualify for free shipping.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all orders. There is a flat rare of $8.99 for Canada customers, and $12 for international customers. Sales tax may apply.
Shipping times
Expediated shipping isn’t available at this time.

The estimated shipment time for a domestic order is between 2-7 business days depending on stock, size of order and time of the year. Some seasons are busier than others.
The estimated shipment time for an international order is between 10-21 business days depending on stock, size of order, local country policies, and time of the year. Some seasons are busier than others.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales and orders are final.
Order Changes & Cancellations
An order can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed and as long as it has not been shipped. Any orders for pre-order or special order item/s cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us if you need to cancel or make changes to an order.
Returns & Exchanges of domestic orders
At this time we only accept refunds or replacement of items that have been received damaged or if there has been a manufacturing error, such as receiving the wrong product.
Claims for damaged goods or any manufacturing errors need to be made to us within 3 business days of delivery. All returns or exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Contact us with your name, order number, and pictures of damage/error.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we will honor a one time use 50% off coupon for your next purchase of the same item. Offer valid only once per customer.*
